code-first-agents.com is a documentation website. It has no user accounts, no contact forms, no newsletter, no payments, and it sets no cookies and uses no localStorage, no fingerprinting, and no advertising or cross-site tracking. The data described below is the limited, technical data inherent to serving any website.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Juan Gipponi, operator of this site. For any privacy request or question, open an issue at github.com/beogip/code-first-agents/issues.
What data is processed, by whom, and why
When you load a page, your browser necessarily sends your IP address and request headers (such as User-Agent and Referer) to the providers that host and deliver this site. We do not combine this data with anything else and we do not use it to identify you.

Fonts
Fonts are self-hosted on this site. No font files are requested from Google Fonts or any other third party, so your IP address is not shared with a font provider.
Legal basis
The processing above relies on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating, securing, and understanding the basic usage of a public documentation site. The processing is minimal, expected by visitors, and involves no profiling.
International transfers
GitHub and Cloudflare are US-based providers, so serving the site may involve a transfer of your IP address to the United States. These transfers rely on the providers' certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 45–46 GDPR).
Retention
We do not maintain our own server logs or analytics database. Analytics are aggregate and not tied to you. Any technical logs held by GitHub and Cloudflare are retained and deleted according to their own policies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection regarding your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because this site stores no identifying data and no cookies, there is normally nothing to access or delete on our side; for any request, contact us via the GitHub issues link above.
